Reasonably spacious rooms with a lovely homely feel. Excellent service just as we expected. Coffee and tea making equipment, and refrigerator were very handy. Particularly good location close to bars and the old town centre. So near to everything.

We have stayed in this deluxe hotel for 3 nights, everything was perfect, the location was perfect in the evenings from the local restaurant. We had double room with central heating, an iron, and coffee and tea making equipment. The service offered was EXCELLENT. Besides, free Wi-Fi throughout the property worked flawlessly. Location: the venue was right by banje beach, and Buza Gate easy of access.

I had the pleasure of staying at a charming little gem in the heart of the old town. The location was fantastic, just a short stroll away from all the main attractions and day trips in Dubrovnik. The room itself was small, but cozy and impeccably clean. I was pleasantly surprised to find fluffy white robes and towels provided, adding a touch of luxury to my stay. The hosts, Dado and Antonio, were incredibly attentive and made my experience truly special. They even arranged airport transfers and checked in regularly to ensure I had everything I needed. The highlight was definitely the beautiful terrace where I could relax and soak in the ambiance of the city. I had a wonderful time at Victoria Rooms and would highly recommend it.
While the room was comfortable and the location convenient, I did find it to be slightly noisy at times. However, considering the central location, it was a minor inconvenience.

The location of the hotel was excellent, being within a short walking distance of all the main attractions in the area. It was very convenient, especially when carrying luggage, as it was close to a main entrance and had minimal steps to climb. Another great feature was the cleanliness of the rooms and bathroom. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. the provided fluffy white towels and robes added a touch of luxury to the stay.
One drawback of the hotel was the potential for noise in the rooms, due to its central location. However, this was expected and not the property's fault, considering its proximity to the lively area.

the location was great, being right in the middle of everything and just a few steps away from all the sights. the bathroom was clean and modern, with fresh towels provided. there was a fridge in the room which was handy for keeping drinks cool.
Sadly, the air conditioning in the room was very noisy and kept us awake at night.
